TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​1. General Provisions

The seller is Mariusz Jarząb, who runs an unregistered business. The store sells digital photo files documenting sports and other events. All photos are authored by the Seller and are subject to legal protection.

​2. Intellectual Property

The Buyer acquires a license for personal use only. Reselling, modifying, or commercial use without separate written consent from the author is prohibited.

​3. Order Fulfillment

• Format – Digital ( JPG )
• Delivery – downloads link ( email )
• Time – immediately after payment

All photographs displayed in the Store feature a protective watermark. Upon purchase and confirmation of payment, the Customer will receive access to a full-quality, high-resolution digital file that is completely free of any watermarks.

4. Quality and Format

All photos are offered in a single, premium standard. These are digital files in the highest possible quality, ready for professional printing, including large-format prints.

5. Payments

Payments are processed via Auto Pay /PayPal. Prices include all applicable taxes.

All product prices displayed in the Store are gross prices. Prices are expressed and available in two currencies: Polish Złoty (PLN) and Euro (EUR). The Customer can choose their preferred currency while browsing the offer or during the checkout process.

6. Returns and Complaints

Due to the digital nature of the products, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply once the file has been downloaded. Complaints regarding technical quality can be sent via email.

7. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

Buyer data is processed solely for order fulfillment purposes and in accordance with the privacy policy.
